Carter Recruiting and Associates, Inc.

About Us

Over Sixty Years of Collective Experience

Carter Recruiting and Associates, Inc. opened its doors for business in Little Rock, Arkansas in the year 2000. Founder and owner, Cherie Richardson had spent nearly ten years in the recruiting industry when she set out to create a different kind of recruiting agency, one that is more personalized, and client focused. Over twenty years later CRA has become one of the most recognized recruiting agencies in the entire southern region.

Committed to Quality of Quantity

We believe in creating value for our clients, which is why our compensation is tied to our success in finding the perfect match for your needs. Our philosophy is simple: we’d rather present no candidates than risk recommending someone who is only a partial fit. We understand that a poor match can be costly, not just in financial terms but also in time and effort spent on onboarding and training.

Every Client is a Partner

Our independence as an agency is one of our greatest strengths. It allows us the flexibility to offer customized solutions and create unique partnership structures tailored to each client’s specific requirements. We believe that every client is different and deserves a personalized approach. This flexibility enables us to provide the best value, meeting you exactly where you are in your hiring journey. Whether you are a startup looking for your first key hires or a large corporation seeking to fill specialized roles, we adapt our services to fit your unique context and needs.

Focused on Cultural Alignment

At the heart of our approach is what we call the “Perfect Match Mentality.” With decades of experience in the recruiting field, we’ve honed our ability to not only match skills and qualifications but also align talents and values between employers and job seekers. We go beyond the resume, understanding that the most successful placements occur when there’s a deep cultural fit. This approach ensures long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships where both employers and job seekers thrive. It’s about creating connections that empower both parties to achieve their fullest potential.
